Automotive Project Manager - Project Support Office
Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role: Division: Engineering Technical Services. Position Description: The Project Support Office role (PSO) will provide day-to-day assistance to the Simulation programme management as a whole on behalf of the Technical Lead. The prime responsibility of the PSO will be to provide administrative aspects of the Project Management function, and administer the governance framework required for delivery set out within the Research Proposal. The PSO team will report directly to the Technical Lead and through the Programme Manager to the research partners. Skills Required: - Able to manage Multi Partner Programs. - Planning and project management & ability to lead a matrixed expert technical team to resolve issues. - Able to articulate complex research ideas and challenges. Skills Preferred: - Microsoft Project/Excel. Experience Required: - A knowledge of research councils process and structure. - Delivery of Engineering and or Analytical projects preferably within the automotive industry. - Good interpersonal, presentation, project management and organisational skills are required.
