1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst
5 x Service Desk & 1st Line Support Engineers are required for 3 months initially (likely to be extended on a rolling basis) based in Botley, Southampton. You will be supporting over 6,000 users providing 1st line support. Responsibilities will include call logging, trouble shooting and providing general remote support within an MS environment. The 1st line team aim to fix approximately 80% using remote support technology and escalate more complex issues up to 2nd line. Candidates need previous Helpdesk, Service Desk, IT Support or similar experience with technical skills of MS Office. This position is to start ASAP. This position will pay up to £10.95 + holiday pay (Paye) or £14.00 per hour (Ltd / Umbrella). Due to the restricted environment the team will be working on going forward, all candidates will be required to either already hold MoD SC security clearance, or be willing and able to undergo SC security clearance.
