The successful Marketing Manager will support the delivery of our vision to become the market leader in the Small Business (SB) sector by driving an online marketing channel strategy, demonstrating a best customer journey and buying experience resulting in acquisition, value and retention growth. Key Responsibilities: - Responsibility for developing, managing and facilitating the SB online marketing plan. - Driving improvement initiatives to the current online customer journey and experience routes - Developing and driving a SEO strategy with key service providers - Developing and driving an affiliates strategy - Tracking and evaluating launched marketing initiatives through web analytics - Working with the Online Sales team to determine optimal GTM online sales strategy - Working to tight timescales, responsibility for managing the briefing process and execution of new product and promotional launches online, driving acquisition volumes - Collaborating with web development and copy writing team to develop SB focused content, both static and interactive - Ensuring self serve accounts provide tools, applications and functionality to support specific SB requirements - Responsible for post implementation ROI evaluation - Collaboration with other Senior Channel Marketeers to secure and share manufacturer funding for online activity, supporting a multi channel strategy - Collaboration with Consumer PAYM Marketing, Brand, Devices and Comms to ensure alignment of commercial If you are interested in this position please respond with CV ASAP.
