Change Lead, London, £70,000, 1 year contract. We are currently looking for a candidate from an Accenture/Deloitte background to ensure that the Finance Transformation change is embedded within this prestigious global insurance broker .  The successful applicant will have experience from a change management point of view, not in an IT arena, but across business.  They will be the lead contact between the insurance broker and Accenture and will have experience  of change leadership and management.    Other key requirements are knowledge of budget and resource planning coupled with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence executive strategic alignment.  You will ideally have worked in a large company and show previous experience of leading change across business regardless of business sector.  The position will be based in London and is a 12 month contract (likely extending into 2014) with a package of 70k, however, it may be flexible to accommodate someone on a daily rate.  This is an exciting project that will offer great career progression as it impacts upon the business in key International territories.  Please apply online.
