Help Desk/Support Analyst- Level 1 & 2
1st and 2nd level Helpdesk Support Analyst required for a highly regarded Government organisation to work as part of a professional Helpdesk Support team for an initial 3 month contract with the view to extend. This role will see you working in one of the most forward thinking service areas within the business, where you will be supporting 7000 users. To be successful in this 1st and 2nd level Helpdesk Support Analyst role you will have a background in Computer Science, related discipline and the following work experience: Proven experience working in a Helpdesk/technical support environment Proven experience dealing with 1st and 2nd line level Helpdesk support Proven experience of resolving 2nd level issues over the phone Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills Experience with MS Office, MS Outlook and Active Directory Excellent hardware knowledge This is an excellent opportunity for a talented 1st and 2nd level Helpdesk Support Analyst to join a well established and supportive Technical team where you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise and problem solving capabilities!
