Hi there, Currently I am in talks with a website designer in Texas who has produced a number of electronic ecard websites. As I will be handing over all my original work to someone I do not know. I want a watertight contract for my work so that no one abuses the copyright. I will be sending across the following:- 1) Website page designs for them to follow and detailed page by page breakdown of each link etc. (I can give more detail if required) 2) All my ecards in both SWF and HTML files.
