Senior Procurement Manager - BPO
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Procurement Manager, with experience in BPO, to join the expanding team of a leading UK organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will focus on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) across Business Services including contact centres and back office processes. Initially focussing on one major project (a large multi-year contract), the Senior Procurement Manager will lead a complex supply arrangement, negotiating contracts, SLAs and governance associated with outsourced arrangements. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders across the organisation ensuring you have a good understanding of business drivers and expectations are met. The ideal applicant must be able to demonstrate solid procurement techniques, specifically contract negotiation, and previous BPO experience preferably in the Financial Services sector. The ability to understand service standards, MI reporting and on-going governance is crucial as are confident communication skills. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract but is likely to be extended beyond the initial term.
