Graduate Support Analyst
Fast paced technology business seeks a enthusiastic, innovative and flexible Graduate Support Analyst to join our growing team to cover maternity leave for 12 months. You will work with our range of world class products and solutions which support the business of education, learning and training. Our higher education software business based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, specialises in the supply of student management systems to UK universities and Scottish colleges of further education and we are the market leader in these sectors. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join the software development team in Hessle as a Support Analyst. The tasks to be carried out include customer support, software testing, preparing user documentation and training materials and possibly customer training which would involve visits to customer sites. Applicants should be qualified to degree level with at least 1 years' work experience. Experience of working in a commercial software development environment or within the HE or FE sector would be advantageous. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills as well as good IT, communication and analytical problem solving skills are required. An enthusiasm and energy for working in an evolving environment with numerous deadlines and flexible demands is also essential.
