Project Manager Outage Collaboration Leader We are looking to appoint a Project Manager to be the Outage Collaboration Project Manager to manage and support an Outage Collaboration Programme. This is a challenging role where the Project Manager will be responsible for directing and managing all aspects within the ToR within an integrated team environment comprising the client and Contract Partner Alliance personnel. The prime remit of the role is to deliver improvements to outage execution, help establish targets better than business plan, underpin the medium term (5 year) plan and work within an integrated team approach delivering best practice plan and prep for outages.    The Project Manager, (in concert with peers)  will assume responsibility for specific outages within a Fleet Approach and delivery responsibility for the Alliance integration and one team approach with the client. Furthermore, he will be required to ensure the delivery of innovations and long term actions to deliver outage benefit across all partner companies, ensuring the focus remains on the value propositions pursued for Outage and business plan benefit.  Remit of the Outage Project Leader: Ensure a Fleet approach for Outage Collaboration Ensure Pre outage Plan and Prep is on programme for all partner organisations Pursue Outage Optimisation initiatives and value propositions Ensure outages are delivered to plan Undertake lessons learned and feedback The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivery in either an outage or project environment and a track record of delivering work in a highly regulated environment. Chartered Engineer or Degree qualification preferred but not essential. Significant nuclear experience and experience in an outage delivery role would be of great value. Finally you should have strong leadership, organisational and communication skills and be able to interface at a senior level with our Client and other Supply Chain partner organisations.
