Planning, Scheduling & Project Control Manager – CCGT (Midlands) Purpose Plan, resource, organise and lead the Planning / Scheduling / Project Control activities throughout the project lifecycle. Support the site management team & the project management team in the development & weekly update of the project programme / E/M Unit 1 programme / progress report / project control report and other related project documentation. Role & Responsibilities Project programme activities Acts as a primary point of contact for all planning issues. Maintain an overall Project Master Schedule in Primavera. Produce a monthly updated visual schedule for approval by the top Management. The key critical paths will have to be analysed, challenged and explained to the Management. Commissioning programme activities In accordance with the commissioning team manager & his team, you will be in charge to update on a weekly basis the commissioning programme. You will have to produce the weekly & monthly commissioning progress report. Alliance programme activities As a member of the Alliance team you will be in charge of the Unit 1 & BOP E/M completion programme weekly update. You will have to attend the unit 1 weekly meetings & produce or obtain the required table & curves. (Planned / Actual weekly Labour, Weekly targets, 3 weeks lookahead schedule, piping metrics, cables pulling S curves, …) Project Control activities Update & assess the alliance monthly project controls report. Develop & update the monthly commissioning project control report Qualifications/Experience University degree in Engineering combined with 10 years of experience. Significant experience on oil & energy major project works Significant planning experience on CCGT construction. Significant experience in the role of project controller and as a planning engineer. Significant experience in preparing progress for project board comprehensible reconciliation of performance data Excellent knowledge of Primavera P3 software. Master Advanced Excel
