Position Details: Position: Mortgage / Foreclosure Specialist / Richardson / TX Location: Richardson, TX Hours: Full-time: M- F 8:00am- 5:00pm, Overtime as needed on Saturday's Pay Rates: $18.00/ hour Length: Contract Required Skills/Qualifications: - A Minimum of 2 years of Mortgage/Foreclosure experience is preferred but not required for recent college graduates - Billing, general accounting, AR/AP experience is also a plus but not required for Recent College Graduates - We would like the candidate to be familiar with AS400, LPS, and all Microsoft software - Excel Experience is required as they will be working in and out of excel spreadsheets throughout the day - Proficient computer and typing skills - Experience in production base environment - Experience in Bankruptcy is also helpful - Must be able to work Overtime - Ability to multi-task and work in energetic and high volume environment Job Summary/Primary Responsibilities: - An ideal candidate for the Billing team is a skilled individual that works well both independently and collaboratively - Successful candidates are deadline driven and results oriented - These individuals are responsible for reviewing and researching the foreclosure process in order to verify and invoice fees to our client correctly and timely - Billing team associates are responsible for researching and resolving discrepancies between our foreclosure processing system and vendor invoices - The role also consists of troubleshooting to identify problem solutions, along with some training and coaching of peers - This department handles files from start to finish of presale for 12 states - Responsible for handling a certain number of files per day, decision making, auditing, and reconciliation, research and making determinations - This is a very production driven position and department - This is not a call center and there is no phone work involved at all How to Apply: Click on �Apply Now� to be considered for this position or any other mortgage related opportunities with Adecco.
