The following job is an ongoing position for a Zoho CRM employee for 10 hours per week. The optimal employee will have: - Weekly availability - Strong motivation for success and accuracy - Attention to detail - Reliability The optimal employee will be required to implement general customisations to Zoho CRM including: - User account creation, permission setting, group creation - Custom field creation, editing and layout creation - Workflows, task automations, field updates - Report creation - Dashboard creation - Data importing - Zoho Mail / Google Apps setup - Email signature set-up (requires basic HTML / CSS) - Email template set-up (requires basic HTML / CSS) We will work on eLance and my company's Zoho Projects tool. My preference is for you to work 3 five-hour shifts per week. Please provide details about your Zoho CRM experience, and estimated time you think it would take to setup 20 custom fields, and 5 workflow rules with one task automation each. This job will be ongoing as long as the employee provides good efficient service and high quality, no mistakes work. 5% bonus for 0 mistakes per week.
