We have a site that was developed by a team of programmers built in PHP and MySQL. We need the site completely re-designed (you must have design experience and be familiar with the newest cutting edge designs.) You must also have programming experience so that items on the website that are not working as expected could be approved upon as well as possibly adding some functionality to the site that is not currently there. We do not have particulars as to what that will be yet but we want someone that has good experience with php / mysql .. we can show you the site during the interview process. We would like to see websites that you have created so that we get a sense of what you have done. If you only worked on a piece of a site you are showing us, please stipulate what part of the site you were responsible for. If you have a website, please include a link to it. Being fluent in English is necessary as we have found that the communication gaps that form from a lack of fluency negatively affect the website development and leads to bad endings. We also expect good communication. We have several projects available now and we get a steady stream of them. If you can not provide daily updates and provide feedback and pricing quickly when given proposals, do not respond to this. Let us know what your typical work hours are. We are located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone in the USA. Is there someone available to speak to during our normal business hours? (8am - 7pm) Do you work as part of a team, or do you work on projects on your own? If you are a part of a team and you need the help can another team member step in (if your sick or otherwise become unavailable for a period of time?) What is your ability to scale?
