Based in Manchester with a central London office and operating nationwide. THE ROLE A part-time, self-employed, freelance role working directly as an Interview Coach with clients in person at the central London office. Once Head Office has taken the booking from the client the details will be passed on to you. The Interview Session then works as follows: -Short telephone call before the appointment to discuss the clients` work history, their key concerns and their goals for the session. -Preparation of tailored interview questions. -A 3 hour 121 role-playing session at the London office (including 15 minute break in the middle). FURTHER OPPORTUNITIES - CV`S AND CAREER REVIEWS In addition to Interview Coaching there is also an opportunity to expand your workload by preparing CV`s and providing Career Reviews but this depends on your individual skill set and qualifications in this area. Currently the recruitment of an Interview Coach is our priority Key Skills & Experience Already an experienced self-employed freelancer with experience interview coaching either as an Independent Interview Coach, Recruitment Consultant or Careers Advisor, you will be comfortable with travelling to central London for in-depth client sessions. We do provide training on how to work to our internal model of Interview Coaching but we don`t provide training on how to be an Interview Coach as it is essential that you already have experience in this area We only take on experienced professionals and preference will be given to those with relevant industry accreditations and/or previous training.
