Minimum of 5 years of experience of using, supporting, and tailoring BCM Products: o BMC PATROL o BMC PORTAL o Software Sentry o BMC TMART o BPPM (BEM, Proactive net, etc.) o BMC Atrium o BMC Atrium Orchestrator o Patrol Distribution Sever o PORTAL Remote Service Monitors • Proficient with the deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance of Patrol agents • Experience with Windows and Unix based operating systems (HPUX, AIX, Linux) • Experience with upgrading all if the BMC products • Proficient in coding with Pearl, BAROC, and PatrolCLI • Experience with the integrations of the BMC product and with troubleshooting them • Proficient with custom monitoring of applications • BPPM experience is a must
