2G Radio Planning and Optimization Expert Tangent are looking for a 2G Radio Planning and Optimization Expert on a 1 month contract based in Lebanon Job Description Understand GSM/UMTS counters for identifying problems in the network and possible solutions Monitoring 2G/3G KPIs of Clusters and recommend parametric changes for improvement. Responsible crosschecking 3G/2G performance and report actual VS. Optimize multi-carrier multi-technology HO based trigger parameters and database. worst cell analysis for each KPI and suggest actions for improvements Perform RF Tuning Optimize the 3G-2G interworking strategy according to operators requirement Responsible for the log files analysis of 2G/3G using Probe data and drive test data. Studying the state of the site, recommending the suitable parameter changes, neighbour's settings and hardware changes to achieve KPI target.
