Website designed in framework (codeigniter) needs a forum and blog integrated into the site design. blog will be wordpress, forum can be any php forum. There are members on the site - forum needs to be configured so that existing users can post directly to forum when signed into site, registration system therefore needs to be integrated with existing database.
