Project Manager- Contracts Administrator.
We have an opening for a Project Manager - Contracts Administrator for a 4 month contract in San Francisco. Job Description Manage day-to-day administration of agreements and contracts for IT Sourcing including: • Review incoming document terms for completeness and compliance to policy • Summarize agreements noting specific terms and identification of gaps • Initiate contract review requests in internal review queues • Create contract profiles and upload docs in the Contract Management System • Coordinate document execution with contract owners and suppliers • Maintain a filing system and locate and retrieve missing agreements • Work with Sourcing Managers on various contract related initiatives Qualifications • 3-5 years of contract administration experience in a sourcing environment (Indirect IT preferred) • Bachelors degree in business administration, legal or related focus, or equivalent work experience • Solid knowledge of contract language related to IT hardware, software and professional services. • Experience working and communicating with corporate legal departments • Ability to identify and clearly note gaps, errors and unfavorable contract language • Experience will all phases of the contract development and sourcing project cycles • Experience in contract negotiations involving IT hardware, software, and services • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization, including presenting to executive levels. • Fluent in MS Office applications including PowerPoint.
