33685 Quality Assurance Systems Engineer (Quality Systems Analyst) Location: Jacksonville, FL Length: 3 Months If interested, please send resumes to alex@ccsiinc.com Description: Determines manufacturing operation requirements and process parameters Performs deliverable checklist audits Ensures compliance with GMP’s The Quality System Analyst has the responsibility and authority for quality system information management including data analyses, monitoring, trending, graphing, and reporting for the purpose of supporting quality system process improvements and control. The QS Analyst collects and manages data in order to identify issues, generate conclusions, and make recommendations. The QS Analyst supports Trackwise Audit & gCAPA systems among other information systems including inputting and extracting data for metrics. MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring that quality information, metrics, and data are provided accurately in clear and professional formats. Mine and analyze data from enterprise systems and other various databases utilizing multiple software tools and prepare adhoc and routine reports, trending analysis, perform statistical analysis, optimize various RA/QA trending reports, presentations, etc. Maintains Audit system files including inputting data, updating files, and report generation. Assists in research and development of additional metrics. Perform day to day quality computer system administration tasks Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with the company Xomed Quality System SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Skilled in data analysis, data mining and /or use of relational databases. Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and OneNote helpful Experience with SAP, Trackwise, and BOXI reporting preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills Ability to work independently, effective time management skills, interact with all levels of hospital staff.
