Title: performance test Manager/ Architect Location – Hoboken, NJ Duration: Long term - 12+ years' of hands on experience in handling multiple projects in performance engineering - Drive strategic leadership in performance engineering in a complex IT environment and applications landscape - Manage, guide and mentor a large team of performance test engineers / leads - Proficiency in end to end performance engineering life cycle - Hands on experience in performance testing tools - both commercial and open source tools using multiple protocols - Ability to understand application architecture, identify critical use cases and scenarios, conceptualize and articulate appropriate performance engineering customized solutions - In depth knowledge of frameworks, workload models, scripting and reporting - Good understanding of Web servers, Application Servers, Middleware and Database servers - Analytical skills, identification of performance bottlenecks, recommend and implement fine-tuning of infrastructure -servers, operating systems, database, applications - Adoption of methodology governed processes and metrics based productivity measurement - Strong team management and communication skills - Co-ordinate and liaise with senior IT / business leaders Desired Skills: QA Keywords: Other IT & Programming, QA
