Manage the project schedule, manage the teams consisting of Director level and above team members activities to ensure project schedule is met without delays, execute project controls for when an unavoidable delay might arise. Communication to customer and leadership teams, and project reporting and as multiple vendors are working on this effort strong vendor management skills. Provides budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel. Requires direct interaction with client sponsors and account leaders. This position is responsible for leading projects with labor budgets ranging from $100K-$3M and up to 20 full-time project staff members. Must be experienced leading project teams through all phases of the standard project lifecycle. This individual must have experience and training requisite of a formal, documented Project Management environment and methodology (PMM, PMI, PRINCE II, etc.).
