ERP Program Coordinator
ERP Program Coordinator Location: DC Washington 601 E St NW 20049 DC01 Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm Start Time: 9:00 AM Duration: 3 months Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the program and program director • Interface effectively with different levels of the organization • Accurately capture and publish meeting minutes • Upload program artifacts/documents to program Sharepoint site • Communicate effectively with internal and external sources via telephone, voicemail, email, etc., to relay and respond to messages • Schedule meetings, meeting rooms, audio visual requirements and resolve calendar issues • Maintain program support documents in conjunction with program schedule • Maintain program supplies, coordinate office space requirements for program team • Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Exceptional PowerPoint and design/graphics skills required • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint) • MS Outlook calendar management • Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task • Highly motivated, self-starter, able to deal with change • Professional demeanor, diplomatic, discreet and enthusiastic • Familiarity with standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc) • Previous administrative support to a large program or project a plus Skill/Role Level Years Preference Oral Communication Intermediate 0.0 Required Microsoft Word Intermediate 0.0 Required Project Coordinator Intermediate 0.0 Required Microsoft Project Intermediate 0.0 Required Microsoft Excel Intermediate 0.0 Required Project Risk Management Intermediate 0.0 Required
