ATTENTION Experienced Mortgage Processors, VOLT has an incredible assignment with one of our National clients in Orlando, FL. The right candidate will be someone who has 2-4 Years experience working as a Mortgage Loan Processor and has experience in a large processing center. Description of Duties: Obtains necessary information (i.e. loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files. Verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness entering initial data obtaining Flood Certificates, ordering appraisals, reviews and other web-based verifications Receiving of all couriers, mail, parcels and faxes Responsible for distributing of the packages or faxes to the intended receiver Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner Route the calls to the appropriate person or take messages Ability to handle other duties that may arise. Requirements: Required Skills: High school diploma or its equivalent Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Has excellent organization and multi-tasking skills 2-4 years Loan or Mortgage processing Demonstrates a commitment to quality customer service Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge.
