Roles and Responsibilities: Performs support for the SAP Production applications by responding to support calls, tracking problems and issues, and following up with customers. Performs security monitoring to analyze potential security risks and ensure compliance to security standards. Participate as SAP Security resource in small projects, enhancements, and upgrades as assigned. Defines system scope and objectives for SAP Security solutions through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Gathers, analyzes and documents business requirements, and translates these requirements into applicable solutions via prototyping and configuration. Performs configuration, testing and implementation of application solutions according to Roche Development Standards and Practices. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. 3+ years experience with SAP Security releases 4.7, 5.0 and 6.0. Experience with SAP GRC version 5.3. Knowledge of application systems development methodology and the ability to analyze, design, implement and support applications. Experience working in a SAP validated environment and knowledge of change control as it relates to application systems. Experience in SAP functionality and integration to support SAP Security controls and requirements. Experience working in a controlled environment with SAP Security standards and requirements to enforce internal controls. Experience with Segregation of Duty controls in an audit framework. Experience with SAP Solution Manager. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical, logical problem resolution skills.
