A local affordable housing company is in need of research specialists. You will gather information about the local real-estate market, gather information about apartment owners, keep detailed spread sheets using excel, and are not afraid to pick up to phone. Sales skills will be necessary because this company acquires rental properties to turn into affordable housing. Must be able to work alone and will be required to do other admin tasks at times. A background in real-estate, property management are good fits for this position. Ideally they are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and strong ability to find answers. This is a full time position, 6 month position with bonus potential at the end. Could also be temp-to-hire for the right person.
