Tibco Developer: ·         5+ years of application development within a large scale enterprise system ·         Experience with enterprise systems development and architectural design ·         TIBCO Business Works (Designer, Adapters etc ·         At least 4 years of experience with TIBCO EMS 5.X or later ·         At least 2 years of experience with Business Connect 5.x or later ·         Demonstrable experience with TIBCO administration ·         Experience with IBM Data Power or other security products is preferred ·         XML, XSLT, and XPath skills to build message driven processes ·         Experienced in SOAP, JMS & SOA Development. ·         Demonstrated experience with software development lifecycle processes ·         Strong knowledge of relational database design (specifically Oracle) ·         Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills ·         Ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders ·         Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams in the delivery of complex solutions. ·         Strong LINUX and MS/Windows experience ·         Ability to design, develop and deliver enterprise wide SOA (Service Orientated Architecture) based services.
