The role of the Dreamforce Executive Briefing Center Coordinator is to run and manage the customer meetings that take place at Dreamforce, while following best practices and procedures. This position requires tactical management of meeting requests, data, briefings and the ability to work with the executive management, sales management and other critical organizations to ensure the success of these meetings. Responsibilities: • Establish a consistent process and differentiated strategy to deliver • Drive coordination of speakers, facilities, relevant content for all Dreamforce customer briefing meetings. • Provide on-site event support and be the point of contact for coordination of customer meetings. Required Skills/Experience • 2-4 years experience in Marketing related fields • Exceptional program, project and time management skills – highly organized, detail focuses, results-driven, accountable • Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with executives and other sales counterparts • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interest in social media and cloud computing • Keen understanding of social media channels (Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) • Quick and adaptive learner • Ability to work a flexible schedule Please send your resume on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 408-988-8478
