We are continuing to build on our successful record of growth and achievement and have opened our newest location in Minneapolis.  This is an exciting opportunity to grow a new office within a solid organization.   Payment Processor The payment processor is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of daily payments on accounts via our client’s internal systems for TV and Radio. Requirements/Experience · receives daily payments via lockbox, ACH, credit card processor, web based products · Processes all payment types by batching, balancing, and posting to ensure all funds are accounted for and systems balanced to funds received. Identifies any discrepancies and reports to management. Processes all refunds, return checks, chargebacks and credit on accounts. · Identifies and obtains the appropriate approval for any customer or subscriber refunds. · Reconciles any discrepancies found in the daily payment processing. · Maintains and organizes all pertinent back up information to substantiate payment posting a s necessary · Works with other departments (Credit, Billing) to resolve payment issues Qualifications · Four year Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience · Previous accounts receivable processing and cash application experience preferred. · Above average mathematical, analytical and 10 Key skills · Position requires initiative, a high degree of accuracy, discretion, personal judgment, confidentiality and excellent telephone etiquette, organizational and planning skills. · Proficient computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel · Experience in solving complex issues and developing solutions acceptable to both management and client · Must be self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills and highest level of professional conduct · Strong customer service focus · General knowledge of billing systems and credit related functions and operations · Attention to accuracy and detail oriented · Knowledgeable in credit card chargeback procedures; know processes and be able to research issues · Broadcast TV or Radio industry experience a plus · Knowledge of Marketron and/or OSI a plus   For more information on TrueBridge Resources and our vast benefit programs, which include Medical, Vision, Dental, and Prescription Drug coverage, a 401-K plan, Life Insurance options, fully reimbursed expenses, and generous PTO/Holiday options, please visit our website at www.truebridgeresources.com .   TrueBridge Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
