Lead QA Analyst Mayfield Village, OH Our Fortune 500 client outside Cleveland OH is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst Lead for a 6 month contract. Essential Skills: -Bachelor's Degree in a business or information technology, or related discipline. In lieu of a degree, related work experience will be accepted, which includes experience analyzying, testing -Minimum of 8 years of experience in system testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications) is required. -Strong technical aptitude and proven analytical skills required. Demonstrates the ability to understand technical requirements, concepts and procedures. -Strong knowledge of software packages or tools for processing, displaying or extracting data (e.g. Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries). -Proven application of industry-standards, methodology, and terminology relating to system testing. Demonstrated ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem solving issues. -Proven ability to assess implications of proposed systems changes on the processes and factors related to the insurance business or common business functions (e.g. marketing, sales, and financial controls). -Proven ability to assess implications of proposed systems changes on in terms of general systems concepts and technology. -Successful track record of coaching, mentoring, and influencing others. -Proven ability to coordinate the work of others in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. -Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills (verbal and written) within team environment, business contacts, and managers.
