We have an urgent requirement of senior eMail Associate with our direct client. Location: Lake Forest Duration: 3 months Start Date: ASAP Major responsibilities and duties: Supervise and responsible for the end-to-end production of a set of email campaigns from specification through launch (Quality control for HTML for email, template design and testing); Thoroughly validate functionality and appearance across devices, clients and browsers. Experience project managing large email campaigns. Be familiar with managing customer data as it relates to email Responsible for email QA process all versions of email campaigns and provides changes/approval to email vendor as needed Manage the set-up and execution of email campaigns in current company email service provider Optimize process maps for most efficient execution Bring industry best practices to light for use in client’s program Contribute to creative development, including content, template and imagery Isolate testing opportunities, measure against control group and present learning’s using multivariate testing techniques Works with eMail Planning Manager as well as in-house creative team to deliver the email creative assets. In addition, ensures that the process (from set-up, review, QA, and deployment) is streamlined and well managed Render email messages with a global mindset – advise the design process early on to minimize production complexity without sacrificing message efficacy Resolve technical issues in email message functionality Articulate the email production team’s needs of supporting tools and systems Assists in email traffic, customer acquisition and revenue forecasts Contribute to creative development, including content, template and imagery Isolate testing opportunities, measure against control group and present learnings using multivariate testing techniques Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in eMail marketing, Marketing IT, web management, other technical role in support of customer-facing programs Project management experience; ability to bridge teams from different functional areas Attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and keep projects on time Strong understanding of the interaction between email messages and web sites Familiarity with segmentation and high-volume list pull and email delivery processes Experience with campaign management and email systems (ESP or in-house implementation of CRM software) Experience with software coding principles, UI design and templating languages Understanding of A/B test process and analysis Proven experience in an email marketing program within a B2B environment Familiarly with e-commerce technologies, especially those that support email marketing Experience working with an email marketing service provider Strong analytical skills, familiarity with direct marketing metrics Organizational skills to coordinate and complete multiple and varied projects across multiple brands Excellent communication skills, comfortable communicating results and recommendations to a variety of audiences Proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams & brands, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines Knowledge of email marketing trends, concepts and practices Strong project management and time management skills Send me your resume at earliest at muktesh@aivaconsulting.com
