Summary: Architects oversee architecture and design of our houses, as well as doing field audits. Design new construction models as well as architect light to heavy renovation projects. Architect will be "hands on" in creating architectural drawings and making conducting detailed property inspections. Assist in developing all systems and processes relating to architecture and design. Assist in permitting process. The Architect will also conduct due diligence evaluations on prospective projects. Responsibilities • Design new construction models as well as architect light to heavy renovation projects. Drawings include, but are not limited to, floor plans, framing plans, elevations, foundation plans, basic mechanical, basic electrical (ie switch & fixture locations), plumbing fixtures, decks, landscaping plans, and site plans. • Assist in developing systems and processes relating to architecture and design. • Assist in developing and updating architectural standards and specifications. Develop a consistent and quality design for each type of home House Buyers acquires. Need pricing per project for new construction, major renovations, and light renovations.
