Description:                                                                                                           - Focal point for customer interface - backlog management, RMA, forecast and support of terms and conditions of sale. - Logistics administration - Internal support with shipping and customs requirements - Client internal partner support - Legal, AR, supply chain, sales and marketing - Revenue - Key partner in company's current quarter revenue process - Project based functions - Participate in system and business enhancement projects   Required Skills: - 5 years working experiences with at least 2 years related experience. - Familiar with Microsoft Office - Have knowledge of order management systems . - Fluent English both in writing and speaking - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work within a team environment. - Calm and professional attitude under stress situations - Good attention to detail   Education: - Bachelor or equivalent training/experience
