- Experience as a Functional Business Consultant working with the Oracle PeopleSoft HCM product -Expertise specifically related to Payroll, Time and Labor in global locations. Candidate will have Functional Lead responsibility for project implementing international Payroll Interface from PeopleSoft HCM product to external Vendor. Responsibilities - Working with Payroll Business partners and External Vendor to define functional business requirements - Develop project implementation plan, work with technical staff to develop technical requirements - Develop and conduct User Acceptance and System test plan and prepare detailed end user business process documentation. This is not a Technical position, but is a consultative Business Analyst position. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required.
