Our client has an immediate need for a SharePoint Developer for a contract-to-hire position. The SharePoint Developer's responsibilities are as follows: Performs development and maintenance programming with Microsoft SharePoint, Project Server, and SSRS. Analyzes business processes to define application functional requirements and technical specifications. Directs and participates in software/hardware releases and installation tasks. Participates in the analysis and definition of application solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements. Performs software coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and installation tasks for on-line and batch processes in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards. Participates in problem definition and problem resolution activities. Coordinates with internal departments to provide associated deliverables required for the successful completion of development and maintenance assignments (eg database development, job scheduling, network support, help desk orientation, client implementation readiness, etc.) May train staff and review the technical work of staff. Overtime: straight time - 3-5 years of development experience with .NET, C# and customized SharePoint applications. - 3-5 years of experience with SharePoint Designer - page design customization. - 3-5 years of experience developing customized workflows for SharePoint sites. - 3-5 years of experience with application packaging for deploying solutions to SharePoint. - Experience in configuring and maintaining Microsoft Project Server. - Experience in configuring and maintaining reports in SSRS.
