Senior Presentations Operator Up to £34k 5 Month FTC - Day Shift London My Client, a Global Asset Management Company based in the City of London are looking for a Senior Presentations Operator to join their business development team on a 5 month fixed term contract. Key responsibilities: * Proofread projects, collaborate with team members on complex projects, and handle sensitive documents * Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues * Produce high- quality, presentations and word documents * Import and revise graphics files as necessary * Create and edit multi-page/ multi section documents using brand template and style sheets for graphs, charts, presentations and other print/design projects. Requirements * Minimum two years experience in a presentation production environment * Expert skills in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint skills * Knowledge of specialised applications, Macintosh and PC platforms * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Exceptional customer service skills * Intermediate level Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign * Experience of Apple Keynote and knowledge of presentations Key characteristics * Fast and accurate presentations operator, confident worker, flexible and responsible and excellent client focus. Personal Attributes * Self motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines * Good interpretational skills * Willing to handle all project aspects * A minimum of two years professional services experience.
