Internal Communications Consultant London Our client, an international Financial services company, is looking for an Internal Communications and HR Consultant to manage the Communications plan for the group and to work with other members of the communication team to create comms material for the webex, newsletter and the road shows. You will identify a list of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups, and define their goals and expectations, including their levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process. Assess and classify impacts of the change on stakeholders and stakeholder groups. Liaise with creative services to define scripting for CFO messages. Define the Communications and Engagement Strategy, Communications and Engagement Plan, Communications and Engagement Material, and communications and Engagement Evaluation Material. Develop, prepare, deliver, and evaluate stakeholder interventions (including communications / marketing) and adjust the Communications and Engagement Plan as needed. Liase with internal approvers such as Global Communications, Legal and Compliance. Establish communication vehicles such as Microsite, newsletter, video and road shows. Experience: You will have good experience in stakeholders communications and engagement ideally within a large international company. Strong HR and stakeholder management skills Ability to build and sustain work stream involvement. Strong communication or internal Marketing skills, leadership coaching skills. Ideally you will have good experience in Human Resource as well. Good salary and package for 12 fixed term month contract.
