I am building a database of contacts of the owners of apartment/multifamily buildings in the U.S. I have a list of a hundred or so target properties' names and addresses for which I am seeking contacts. The ultimate goal is the know the name and contact info for the main decision makers for each property listed. I will provide an initial list of 10 for you to do so I can test out your skills. I will confirm contacts found, I will submit a larger list, 2,000 properties or so. I will have more ongoing work after this list of 2000 as well. In the case of smaller apartment/multifamily owners/developers, the decision makers are typically, the CEO/President, CFO, or owner. By small company, I mean non-publicly traded companies that may own up to 25 or so apartment/multifamily properties. I want the names of all of the officers on their website or sites.
