National Financial Services Company is seeking Junior and Senior Mortgage Loan Processors for full time, temp-hire opportunities at their Loveland location. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): • Gather information and take each file from pre-approval point to closing. • Input proper loan information into the system for processing. • Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy and all applicable laws. • Verify loan documents, including income, employment, credit deposits verifications and insurance for preparing application for submittal to Underwriting. • Review file documentation and make all items needed are requested and obtained. • Order and coordinate loan documents. • Must meet crucial deadlines requested. • Sustain production while maintaining accuracy. • Facilitate audit of own files. Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year hands on mortgage loan processing experience • Experience with conventional, FHA and VA loans preferred • System experience with DO/DU/LP preferred • Minimum high school diploma or GED is required • Reliable transportation and the ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen is a must This company has great opportunity for advancement and offers full benefits once hired on.
