Skillset will be: * Technologically Savvy (Facebook-type skills) * Outstanding Interpersonal Skills * Salesforce.com Chatter experience or comparable type of collaboration tool a plus but not a must - can train on SFDC Chatter * Overall good PC skills; needs good MS PPT, Excel and Word skills * Good typing skills a must due to volume of work on the PC * Good organizational skills and time management skills * Marketing Experience would definitely be a plus Will be spending 90% of their time working in Chatter; answering Chatter, Monitoring Chatter, promoting Chatter, helping driving Chatter Adoption.
