Hays Marketing is recruiting for a strong Marketing & PR Executive to cover a 9 month maternity contract. The role will consist of liaising with commercial members through corporate e-newsletters, handling a range of media requests and collating information in response to enquiries. PR and event support; conference marketing and group communications. This will involve digital marketing to a significant degree and also some off-line promotional activity. Support is also required for consumer marketing, for example, the collation of entries for publications, chasing copy, data entry, proof checking and co-ordinating prize draws/competitions. This will require copywriting in the organisation’s house-style and appropriate brand style. Communication with partners and liaison with design agencies and graphic designers. Skills required: Solid experience of Marketing and PR Current knowledge of integrated campaigns and marketing communications Experience of digital marketing Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Good communication skills – both verbal and written Ability to work flexibly and as part of a wider marketing team Competent IT user Ability to write copy and produce accurate information Self starter, with strong organisational skills and ability to form good working relationships with partners
