SAP Support Consultant (WM, eWM, TRM) Logica is looking for several SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Support Consultants to work in the Greer, SC area. Potential candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience in SAP as a Functional Analyst or End User with a concentration in Warehouse Management and/or Logistics. Successful candidates will have an understanding of areas such as warehouse components, storage types, picking/put away, storage unit management, goods movement, inventory, and RF solutions. This role works closely with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Financial, and IT functions to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive development of solutions. Candidates will be responsible for working with the business to support testing, training and go-live preparation. This person will also assist with post go live training and support. Responsibilities: Serves as first level support for overall software systems (SAP WM) and automated warehouse systems (eWM) that control the Logistics Operations material flow Recognizes errors, identify root causes, and problem solves inbound/outbound inventory flow in manual an automated warehouses. Serves as competent, technical contact person for 2nd level and 3rd level support for incidents related to problem and/or change management for eWM managed warehouse. Regularly monitors automated warehouse system faults Ensures the execution of the software systems and controls the material flow to support production and logistics, with regards to material flow, bulk and sequence inventory order fulfilment, and inventory control. Requirements: Experience with Manufacturing and/or automotive industries preferred SAP WM Inventory Management/Operating systems, Warehouse Management Systems, testing, Operations support and analytic/problem solving skills. Knowledge of eWM preferred Requirements gathering and documentation skills and knowledge of Logistics material flow Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
