Kforce is currently looking for Medical Sales Representatives to work for one of our San Antonio, Texas Clients. The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for executing outbound and inbound sales calls to client customer beneficiaries. Outbound calls, including unsolicited calls made in compliance with National No Call regulations and inbound calls are made to encourage and coordinate the sale of health care services to qualified customer beneficiaries. Representatives are subject to minimum production standards. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with exceptional results. Education / Experience: Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience in a call center (outbound / inside sales environment) or outside sales background is required Proven sales track record Healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred A High School Diploma or equivalent education is required Some college is preferred Language Ability: The ability to read; write, and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence Bilingual Spanish speaking / English speaking is preferred Communication Skills: Adapt a communication style to persons representing diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds Must possess the ability to multi-task; simultaneously think, talk, and type Reasoning Ability: The ability to deal with and solve problems using solid judgment skills
