Kforce is currently hiring for an experienced Billing Specialist for an immediate opportunity with a Milwaukee, Wisconsin client. Duties Include: Supervision of generation and audit Distribution of invoices on a timely basis Ensure contract terms are followed regarding correct billing rates and schedules Verification that proper documentation requirements are submitted for vendor set-up and other transactions Work closely with the Project Management Team to prepare and send client invoicing The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): 3+ years of experience in high-volume billing environments Associate's Degree is preferred Proficiency in Windows-based billing software is required Advanced MS Excel proficiency
