Electrical Design Engineer My client is the one of the UK�s leading privately owned construction and engineering companies, with over 800 staff working on a range of projects in the petrochemical, industrial, transportation and utilities sectors. Due to a new contract being awarded to their water division, we are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Design Engineer for a contract position to be based in Southampton. As Electrical Design Engineer you will be responsible for: - Managing all aspects of electrical design from site survey�s of assets, optioneering and feasibility studies, assisting with tender pricing. - Production of procurement specifications for electrical equipment and production of detailed design and construction drawings. - Project management of third party designs Candidates for Electrical Design Engineer should have the following skills, knowledge and qualifications: - Degree Qualified in an appropriate Electrical Engineering Qualification. - Experience with water of wastewater treatment projects - Experience in production of single line and block cable diagrams, load schedules, equipment specification, cable schedules and instrument schedules. - Able to work as part of a diverse project team and liaise with stakeholders.
