Case Management Registered Nurse
Randstad Healthcare is currently seeking a Case Management Registered Nurse for a contract position in Boston, MA! JOB # 259407 – Case Management Registered Nurse Case Manager, Utilization Review and Insurance Case Manager is needed for one of the top five HMOs in Massachusetts. This HMO provides health care programs and related services to individuals receiving benefits under Medicaid, through small business employer groups, and through the state's ground-breaking new health care reform initiative. The care manager will use the nursing and CMSA standards to provide care management to members on an ongoing basis, within the members benefit package. The care manager will initiate and maintain communication with members, PCP and other health team members regarding care plan, identify complex, high risk members for care management and referrals as appropriate, especially those requiring benefit exception. Will function as a team member and participate in multidisciplinary teams. The care manager will participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinical operations department and will be responsible for participating in work group initiatives directly related to the program they support, including external meetings. He/she will be responsible for maintaining accurate information in the providers system. Job Requirements: Randstad Healthcare's hiring standards require a minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care setting for all nursing and allied health professionals.
