Hyperion DRM Consultant Sunnyvale, CA Data Relationship Management (DRM) Consultant Job Summary: Work with management and cross-functional peers on long-range projects requiring creative solutions. The areas of focus are to: - Translate business requirements using complex methods/models to determine appropriate application solutions. - Work within a cross-functional team to provide technical expertise in the design and planning of Data Relationship Management application solutions. - Research, identify, test, certify, and select technology products required for solution delivery. - As the DRM subject matter expert for the department, provide management with status updates and recommendations; and strategy planning support. - Provide mentorship and training of other associates at the same level or below. Job Requirements: - Must have very thorough architectural understanding of Data Relationship Management. - Must have been involved in at least 3 end-to-end implementation cycles using DRM. - Must have very good technical knowledge of Integration Options with other reporting systems. - Must have been involved in Integration of Oracle DRM with Oracle CDH or Siebel UCM and other Hyperion tools. - Must have been involved in implementing workflow for better governance within DRM. - Must be comfortable with SOA/BPEL components that are used internally to publish information to other systems. - Must have Working knowledge of Financial Metadata and Hierarchies in general. - Thorough understanding of the full MDM development lifecycle required - Knowledge of MDM architecture best practices - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills a must. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. - Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams on complex projects. - Effective organizational, influencing, analytical, planning, interpersonal, & team development skills. - Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications. - Creativity in approaches to problem solving. - Must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, across functions and with external parties. - Limited supervision and direction is provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently. - To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others.
