* 3 to 5 year managing civil and tower General Contractors building wireless cell sites * Oversee construction services Telco, basic construction, EOM vendor equipment requirements, AC & DC Power, tower, lines and antenna * Basic understanding of overall Wireless Telecommunications (GSM and UMTS) * Communicate clear directions to General Contractors per RFDS * Must have site level scoping skill ability to read/understand an RFDS, create Scope of Work and communicate scope to General Contractor companies * Consolidate construction reports and convey clear/accurate reporting to Project Managers * Extensive travel within state may be required
