PMO Manager - Edinburgh - 6 months - ??375-??400 per day - Financial Services A Leading Financial Services organisation is searching for a PMO to work on a large scale business critical transformation programme. You will be tasked with the overall set up of a satellite PMO to support the FSA regulated programme. Taking the framework from the central PMO function you will hit the ground running and quickly assess what this new operation requires to deliver the required support to the programme team. A strong reporting structure is crucial to this programme therefore you must have strong skills in putting together the correct methods that suit the stakeholders involved You must have the following experience in order to be considered: You must come from a financial services background. Over 5 years senior PMO experience. Experienced in Setting up PMO functions. Strong resource forecast experience. Experience of using Project planning tools ideally open workbench/clarity. Sharepoint set up and management experience. Evidence will be required of excellent communication written & verbal across varying audiences. Strong PMO skills- RAID - Controls - Project plans -MI Reporting - Data interpretation - Track baselines. Ability to build key business relationships. You must be pragmatic and proactive in your approach to work and be a strong character that can challenge a process but in a diplomatic professional manner.
