 Main Responsibilities Report to Project Lead Designer and Senior Art Director. Develop a wide range of projects from website designs to marketing campaigns and annual reports, from concept ideation through final design. Prepare digital files for print production. Work with the design, production and sales team seamlessly in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and deadlines. Produce quotes and proposals for projects and RFPs Attend meetings with clients and present work, as well as present company to potential new clients Update website and sales deck on a bi-monthly basis Specific Skills A minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, working in a professional creative environment. Proven experience of taking graphic designs from conceptualization through production. High level of fluency with Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote. Strong brainstorming and conceptual skills.
 Strong knowledge of typography. Ability to create comps as well as additional hand crafting skills. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized and self-managing. Knowledge of print production a plus. Web knowledge (Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Wordpress, etc.) a BIG plus.
 Attention to detail and accuracy.
 Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
