$$$$$! This bilingual Customer Support Specialist position to start as early as possible for an exciting high tech company. You will be doing order entry and maintenance. Shipment release. Customer order and delivery management. Daily logistics support and follow-ups. Account coordination and execution of daily operations and problem solving. Customer relationship and partnership development. Will be responsible for quarterly business review. Disposition management. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be involved in group projects and have considerable participation. Must have solid software skills, like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
